I created this painting during a period of worry when a loved one was unwell. I turned to the meditative process of painting to express and integrate my emotions. Bands of reds, pinks, and yellows twist and weave around each other, creating a visual representation of complex feelings. As I layered each color, I wove prayers and blessings for health and well-being into the canvas.
