In this painting, I blend my decades-long yoga practice with a love of 20th century abstract art. Using geometry, organic forms and vibrant yellow, I created an abstract representation of the body's energy centers. Like a yoga practice that aligns the practitioner's body, mind and spirit, the process of making this painting helped me come into balance.
